Invest in your well-being and connect with others during this six-week program. 2.5 hour weekly sessions, for six-weeks Connect with others managing chronic conditions Develop a toolbox to control symptoms, live a fuller life, and manage health challenges We’ll cover healthful eating, breathing techniques, action planning, decision making, and more There is no cost to participate in CDSMP workshops. Open to all Virginia adults living with or caring for someone with a chronic illness. UPCOMING VIRTUAL SESSIONS: Friday, October 17 - November 21, 1:00pm to 3:30pm
